From there, I start searching for the best home for you and I will assist you all the way through the home buying process.

I will make a personalized list of homes, which are tailored to your needs (price, size, features, location, etc.) through an on-line “Listing Cart” (picture). You can access your personalized Listing Cart and delete the homes you’re not interested in and then we can look at the homes that you like the best. Your Cart will update automatically as listings that match your criteria hit the market.
Looking to move several months or a year from now ~ that’s okay ~ I’ll set up a Listing Cart for you now so you can start watching it. Once it gets closer to when you’re ready to buy, then we can start looking. Setting this up for you is not an inconvenience at all, so don’t hesitate to contact me.
