The Online Seller Advantage (OSASM) 

OSA is a program exclusively provided by Prudential Real Estate.  As part of this program, I will assign your property its own Pru ID and put a sign in your yard displaying this ID.  When this ID is entered on www.prudentialrealestate.com it will take buyers directly to information about your property.  I will also send you daily or weekly emails showing how many times your property has been viewed on Prudential Real Estate, Yahoo, and Google Base, as well as, information regarding the other homes for sale in your area.
